Beneath the Latin inscription at the lower part of the Renaissance tabernacle is a figure of a cherub. At the tips of its wings are two heraldic shields. The right-hand shield holds the coat of arms of the Frankopan family (a combination of the old and the new coat of arms): an eight-pointed star and two lions breaking bread; on the left-hand side is St George, the patron saint of the town of Hreljin. The sides of the tabernacle are decorated with a floral Renaissance decoration and a figure of a standing angel. The inscription carved in capital letters reads:

HIC EST CHORPVS DOMINI NOSTRI YESV CRISTI 1491. (sic!)

Donated in 1888. by Ivan Urpani, vicar at Hreljin.
